Return & Exchange Policy

At Arthlife, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Each product is handcrafted with love and intention to help you feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and energy-safety reasons, crystal bracelets, spiritual kits, and cleansing items (sage, mist, salts) cannot be returned once used or opened.
  • To initiate a return, please email our support team at info@arthlife.in with your order number and reason for return.
Tip: Include your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video in your email for faster assistance.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size issues (bracelets) or if you receive a defective or damaged item.
  • Please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as store credit or a gift voucher.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or customized products.
  • Opened cleansing items (sage sticks, aura mists, salts).
  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or clearance events.

Important Notes

  • Always record a complete unboxing video while opening your package. Claims for missing or damaged items without a video cannot be accepted.
  • Natural crystals may have minor variations, marks, or inclusions — these are part of their unique beauty and not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Email us at info@arthlife.in (Subject: Return/Exchange + Order #).
  2. Attach the unboxing video, clear product images, and issue details.
  3. Once reviewed, we’ll share the pickup or return shipping instructions.
Please return the item in its original packaging, with invoice and tags intact.
Can I exchange my bracelet for a different size?

Yes, exchanges for size issues are available. Please share your unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued as store credit or gift vouchers.
