Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Personalized / made-to-order items may require additional processing time (mentioned on the product page).
Delivery Timeline (India)

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A small shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹999 or as shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across India on eligible pin codes.
- A minimal COD handling fee may apply (displayed at checkout).
- Please keep exact cash ready at delivery to avoid delays.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.
- If the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the courier and our team within 48 hours.
Shipping Guidelines
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
- Delivery attempts are usually made 2–3 times by our courier partners; if undelivered, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts.
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, rerouting is subject to the courier’s policy.
Operational Delays
- Occasional delays can occur due to weather, lockdowns, strikes, or high-volume periods (festive sales).
- We’ll keep you informed if we anticipate any delay beyond the usual timeline.
Undeliverable Orders
- If an order is marked undeliverable and returned to us, we will notify you and arrange a re-shipment (charges may apply) or issue store credit for prepaid orders.
